Renewal, Country Club Road, Unsung Heroes/Beyond the Uniform series, 1998 - 2002

It was August if 1999, I just came back from Puerto Rico had 104 degree fever for several hours. Tylenol's were not effective. As I began feeling sorry for myself, the powers that be sent the smell of smoke in my window. A fire near by! I got dressed grabbed my new Canon EOS 1-N, located the fire and began shooting.

For that half hour, I felt better than fine. That is what photography does for me. It is my medicine, my cure.
